The suite I stayed in had a balcony with stunning views of the sea. The hotel's gourmet restaurant served up a mix of Veracruz and Puebla dishes. The event planning team made everything seamless. And the outdoor playground was a hit with my inner child. The spa treatments were next level and the hydrotherapy ritual was a treat. Plus, the all-inclusive concept was a win-win. The blend of cultures in the area was fascinating. The proximity to the border added a touch of magic to the trip. And let's not forget the colonial architecture and UNESCO sites in the region – talk about history overload!

Enjoyed 4 nights at Grand Fiesta Americana. Dinner options at La Jolla, Isla Contoy, Havanna, and Tuscany were amazing. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Pool was fantastic. Nearby nightlife and restaurants. Book excursions for better deals.

Spacious and very clean room, very nice sea view, the swimming pool is great with its bars. The spa is great and with its 6 restaurants you have a great choice. Very nice and smiling personality.

The property is amazing for families, with fantastic amenities for kids and heated pools that are just right. the beach is clean and clear, perfect for swimming. However, the presence of lots of children at the resort might not appeal to couples looking for a peaceful getaway.

As a seasoned Mexico vacationer, GFAGC was a mixed experience. Great food, friendly staff, amazing beach, but tedious reservation process and questionable timeshare sales. Overall, I'd return for the high-quality food, stunning views, and superb service. A place worth a second visit!

The suite on the 4th floor is just incredible! The private balcony offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and the lagoon pool. The master bedroom is like a dream with a King Size Bed, Jacuzzi, and a steam bath. It's perfect for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

I personally found the second bedroom a bit smaller than expected.

The beach view from the room was epic, truly stunning! I enjoyed the unlimited food and drinks by the pool, great way to chill. However, the card payment hiccup at check-in was a bummer - kind of a buzzkill, you know? 😊

the spa and wellness centre was one of the highlights of my stay with its wide range of indulgent treatments, and the outdoor swimming pool offered a relaxing and peaceful escape with stunning views of the surrounding area. the bar and lounge area had a good selection of refreshing drinks and delicious snacks.

While the food was tasty, the waiting time for delivery was longer than expected.

The Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach keeps improving with great bands in the lobby and excellent poolside soloists. The all-inclusive switch added new features like restaurants and a night club . The staff is friendly, but service can be slow and inconsistent. The beach has sargasso, and some rooms have noise and A/C issues. The gym is under construction, and the check-in process can be slow. However, the food is varied and delicious, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the pool is big. The staff members like Andres, Gonzalo, Roberto, Diego, and Carlos go above and beyond. There's no loud music at night, which is great for sleeping. Not ideal for small kids due to limited amenities and safety concerns.

When it comes to hospitality, this hotel truly shines. the staff is incredibly polite, funny, and caring - they really go above and beyond to cater to your every need. Their attention to detail is impressive; they knew my family even though we arrived at different times and always seated us together with our breakfast smoothies waiting for us. the room service and housekeeping were impeccable, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. the outdoor dining area offers a great selection of international cuisine, with a delightful Mexican live food counter. the spa facilities are amazing and very clean, providing top-notch service.

The resort was a wonderful experience for our family. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious rooms to the delicious food options. Although minor inconveniences like noise from construction and limited dining options were present, they did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the resort.

The location is ideal, close to everything. Daily entertainment in the evenings. Room service is provided three times a day and concierge is helpful with printing. Spa service is lovely and restaurants are diverse and of high quality.

Inaccurate Information: the travel agency inside the hotel provided me with wrong information about my trip to Isla Mujeres island. As a result, I had to pay extra when I arrived at a different port for the return journey.

Our stay at Grand Fiesta Americana was amazing! The beach club had plenty of comfortable chairs and the watersports staff were friendly. The food was tasty and presented well. we had a great experience.

Although we were charged extra taxes and a resort fee upon arrival, the staff was easy-going and attentive. We had to wait a while for our bags, but it didn't take away from the overall amazing experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was perfectly located and near many stores and the ferry to a nearby island. The staff were incredibly kind to us, and they took great care to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The hotel facilities were beautiful, the pool was amazing and the entertainment was very enjoyable. The cleanliness was exquisite throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable. I visited this hotel to celebrate my 6th wedding anniversary and I stayed for a few nights. The location is great, only a short drive from the airport. The pool is beautiful and well maintained, and there is a stunning beach exclusively for hotel guests. The staff, especially by the pool and at breakfast, were incredibly friendly and made our holiday truly memorable. On our second night, we were surprised with a knock on our door - a staff member brought us chocolate cake and sparkling wine to celebrate our anniversary. It was such a kind gesture that we will never forget. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in a central location.

The property is close to the beach, which makes it an ideal location to relax and enjoy the seaweed-filled beach. The hotel offers excellent room service, and the housekeeping is exceptional. the breakfast was varied and tasty, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The facilities, including the pools, were clean and comfortable.

Just returned from a fabulous stay at GFAGC and I can't stop raving about it! the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious foods to suit even the most delicate taste buds. the beach was awesome, and the pier for the ferry to Isla Mujeres was conveniently placed right next to the hotel. the staff were super friendly, and the maids checked our room twice a day. We tried the buffet restaurant twice and it offered a good variety of foods at a great value for money. We're definitely going back!
